  2. Place the tea in a filter and let it steep in cold water for about three hours.
  3. Remove the tea and filter if necessary.
  4. Add the mint leaves and sugar, then mix.
  5. Place your mixture in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours. The more you increase the steeping time, the more the tea and mint flavors will develop.
  6. Take your carafe out of the refrigerator. Mix well so that the sugar does not stay at the bottom.
