GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE “KusmiKlub »

ORIENTIS GOURMET develops and markets products under the brand name, both directly and indirectly KUSMI TEA as well as related accessories.
These general terms and conditions for enrollment in the “KusmiKlub " (hereinafter referred to as the "General Terms and Conditions of Membership"), set forth below set forth the terms and conditions for enrollment in and operation of the “ KusmiKlub ». Enrollment in the program implies knowledge of and full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Enrollment.
The fact that ORIENTIS GOURMET does not, at any given time, invoke any of the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Membership, shall in no way be construed as a waiver of the right to invoke any of said provisions at a later date.
You acknowledge that these General Terms and Conditions of Membership constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and ORIENTIS GOURMET regarding your registration with the "Loyalty Program" KusmiKlub » and its use.
The " KusmiKlub " (Hereinafter referred to as the "Program" or the " KusmiKlub ") allows its members (hereinafter referred to as the "Member(s)") to enjoy various exclusive benefits offered by ORIENTIS GOURMET.
The Program applies to stores under the brand name KUSMI TEA located in mainland France (excluding retail corners and department stores) in Belgium and Luxembourg (hereinafter referred to as the “Stores”), and on the website available at the following address kusmetea.shop (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”)
2. Program Terms and Conditions of Participation
Terms and Conditions for Membership in the KusmiKlub
Enrollment in the Program is free and can only be done in-store or on the Website.
Only one membership per person will be accepted. Membership is strictly personal; only the Member who has joined the KusmiKlub will be eligible for the benefits described below. Use by any other person is prohibited and will not be accepted if presented at the register.
Only individuals who are of legal age may enroll in the Program. You warrant the accuracy of all information provided and will be solely responsible for any incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information.
Since the program is entirely digital, you will not receive any physical materials.
Customers who receive partner discounts or who make purchases for business purposes (including employees of the ORIENTIS Group) are not eligible for the benefits of the Program.
Membership Terms and Conditions for the KusmiKlub
1. In-Store Visit
To join the Program, you can speak directly to your cashier and provide them with the following minimum required information:
• First Name
• Last Name
• Email address
You will also be asked to provide the following information, if you wish:
• Title
• Mailing Address
• ZIP Code
• City
• Country
• Cell phone number
• Date of birth
2. On the Website
You can enroll in the Program, at any time, by clicking “Sign Up” on the “Loyalty Program” page, which can be accessed from the Site’s footer, and filling out the form with the following minimum required information:
• First Name
• Last Name
• Email address
You will also be asked to provide the following information, if you wish:
• Cell phone number
• Date of birth
All you need to do next is accept the General Terms and Conditions of Membership and the Privacy Policy by checking the box provided for that purpose, then clicking the “Sign Up” button.
Once you have entered the required information, your enrollment in the Program will be confirmed, and you will have access to your personalized account (hereinafter the “Loyalty Account”) on the Website.
This action constitutes enrollment in the Program and entitles you to the benefits associated with it. By confirming your enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of Membership. In accordance with the Privacy Policy, You can also choose to receive promotional offers and news from Kusmi Tea by email and/or text message.
3. Earning Points
With every purchase you make KUSMI TEA Whether you shop in-store or online, you earn points according to the following scale:

Points are awarded per euro/dollar/Swiss franc spent, with any fraction of a euro/dollar/Swiss franc rounded up to the next whole euro/dollar/Swiss franc.
To do this, simply provide your first and last name at checkout when making a purchase in-store. For purchases made on the Website, the total amount of your purchase, including shipping costs, will automatically be converted into points that will be credited to your Loyalty Account.
Points are earned with the first order placed after enrolling in the Program and accumulate with each subsequent order. These points are valid for one (1) year from the date they were earned. In the event of an exchange or refund of a product, the number of points associated with the purchase of that product will be deducted from your point balance. Points may not be transferred or exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
You can freely and at no cost check your total number of points, as well as the number of points you still need to earn before receiving your next gift card (the terms and conditions of which are detailed in Section 4 below), either directly through your Loyalty Account or by simply asking in-store.
4. Obtaining Gift Certificates
Your points will be automatically converted into one or more gift certificates. When you reach a certain threshold of accumulated points, a gift certificate will be automatically credited to your Loyalty Account, and you will be notified by email. This gift card will be available the day after you receive it and will be valid for three (3) months from the date it becomes available in your Loyalty Account.

Gift cards allow you to pay for your purchases at Stores and on the Site, excluding the purchase of gift cards and e-gift cards (the terms and conditions of which are described in Section 12 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale) and excluding shipping costs. Gift certificates are non-transferable, non-divisible (single use), and non-convertible (to cash, gift cards, etc.). Gift certificates can be combined.
If the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift certificate, no change or store credit will be issued. Payment by gift certificate(s) may be supplemented by any other form of payment (gift card or e-gift card, cash, credit card).
5. Premium Benefit
Each time you reach a new points tier in your Loyalty Program during a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, you’ll receive a free gift set Kusmi Tea 45 packets. You will then be notified by email.

Starting from the date of this notice, you will have ninety (90) days to retrieve your gift set.
At the store, you can choose to pick up either the gift set Kusmi Organic Discovery or the gift set Organic herbal teas at checkout, while supplies last, with a purchase required (no minimum purchase required).
On the Site, you can add the gift set Kusmi Découverte Organic with your order, while supplies last, free of charge with any purchase (no minimum required), when you're logged into your customer account. To do this, you'll need to select the gift set in your loyalty account or directly on the shopping cart page when you're ready to complete your purchase.
If you don't retrieve the gift set Within ninety (90) days, all of your points will automatically be reset to zero. If you regain the gift set Within the specified time frame, your remaining points will correspond to the number of points not used to obtain the gift set, to which will be added the points earned from the purchase made at the time of picking up the gift set.
6. Birthday gift
Provided that you have entered your date of birth when you enrolled in the Program or in your Loyalty Account, the following offer will be sent to you on your birthday via email (hereinafter the “Birthday Email”) : u1 (1) box of tea Kusmi Tea Receive 20g of your choice from the selection within thirty (30) calendar days of your birthday with any purchase (excluding purchases made with points KusmiKlub), in an amount of at least:

You can take advantage of this offer,
- Either by making a purchase in-store upon presentation of the birthday email;
- Either by placing an order on the Site and entering the one-time code sent to you in your birthday email into the “promotional code” field in your shopping cart when you check out,
Upon the expiration of the thirty (30)-day period following receipt of the birthday email, the offer will no longer be valid, and no compensation or damages may be claimed in this regard.
The product included in this offer is neither exchangeable, refundable, nor transferable, and may not be exchanged for any other item. In the event of unavailability, for any reason whatsoever, ORIENTIS GOURMET reserves the right to provide a similar product in-store or to ship it following an order placed on the Website. of their choice, without this giving rise to any compensation.
ORIENTIS GOURMET reserves the right to modify this offer at any time; it shall not be held liable for doing so, and no compensation or damages may be claimed in this regard.
7. Exclusive Sale
As a Member of the Kusmiklub, You'll receive personalized offers, and depending on your profile, you may be invited to our exclusive sales.
8. Fraudulent use
In the event of a Member’s breach of the General Terms and Conditions of Membership, ORIENTIS GOURMET reserves the right to exclude the Member from the Program. Exclusion results in the immediate loss of all benefits accrued under the Program, without any compensation or indemnification.
9. Amendments to and Termination of the Program
ORIENTIS GOURMET reserves the right, at any time, to:
- Or to amend the terms and conditions of these General Membership Terms and Conditions, with the new provisions becoming binding on the Member as soon as they are posted on the Site. Unless the Member objects, the amendments are deemed to have been accepted without reservation. In the event of disagreement, the Member retains the right to opt out of the Program at any time, which will result in the loss of any benefits accrued.
- Or to terminate the Program. In the event of permanent termination of the Program, the Member will be notified and may not bring any claim against ORIENTIS GOURMET.
10. Unsubscribe
You may opt out of the Program at any time by simply requesting to do so in-store or by sending your request to the following email address: contactfr@kusmitea.com.
Once you unsubscribe, any unused points will be permanently forfeited. You will not be entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind.
